1. The "Plywood Bolt" Packing Method
Propellers are heavy and awkward. Cardboard boxes alone will fail. To prevent blade damage during transit, follow this certified method:
Step 1: Cut two squares of 1/2" plywood (approx 16"x16").
Step 2: Sandwich the prop between the plywood squares.
Step 3: Bolt through the empty space between blades to clamp it tight.
Step 4: Place in a heavy-duty box with expanding foam or tight packing.

FedEx / UPS: Daily courier service to our facility.
Purolator/Loomis: Standard ground service. Heavy freight for >50lbs.
Alberta
Hotshot services: Weekly runs from Fort McMurray/Grande Prairie.
Rosenau Transport: Reliable depot-to-depot.
